The Barn Jacket

This classic look isn't going anywhere.

From the farm to stylish fashion, barn jackets are once again a wardrobe staple. We knew these basic pieces from paying attention to L.L.Bean or Carhartt for the men in our lives. They had utilitarian details like front-flap pockets, corduroy collars, sturdy canvas exteriors and flannel linings. Now, almost every brand has some version of chore or barn jackets (the names are pretty interchangeable). I intend to wear one this season, and I may make it or buy it.
